Each package is quoted in pounds sterling and confirmed in writing before any work starts. The price shown is a starting point; your studio count, crew size and show schedule settle the final figure.

Prices are monthly and excluding VAT. Larger sites and extra studios are priced in a written quotation.
Questions before you order
These are the questions studio managers ask most often about ordering, paying and cancelling. If yours is missing, send it through the contact page and we will answer in writing.
How do I order a package?
Nothing is bought on this site. Send an enquiry through the contact page describing your studios and shows. We reply with a written quotation, and once you confirm it in writing we begin onboarding. The quotation lists what is included, the monthly price and any one-off setup work.
How is payment taken?
We send an invoice after you confirm the quotation, and you pay it by bank transfer. The invoice shows the amount in pounds sterling, the period it covers and our bank details. There is no card payment, payment service or checkout on the site.
What changes the price of a package?
The main factors are the number of studios, the number of crew accounts and how much setup you need, such as importing an equipment list or mapping a newsroom workflow. Live productions with several shows a week may need more planning time. Every variation is stated in the quotation before you agree.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
The prices on this page exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added as a separate line on your quotation and invoice so you can see the net and gross amounts clearly. Your finance team can ask us for any detail it needs on the invoice.
Can I cancel after confirming a quotation?
Yes, cancellations are handled under our payment and refund policy, which sets out the notice we need and what is charged for work already done. Tell us in writing as early as you can. We will confirm the cancellation date and any amount due in a written reply.
How is a refund paid if one is due?
Refunds are paid back by bank transfer to the account the original invoice was paid from, unless you give us different details in writing. We confirm the amount and the reason before sending it. The payment and refund policy explains which situations qualify.
What does onboarding involve?
We start with a conversation about your studios, equipment and show formats, then load your equipment register and set up booking calendars. A member of our team walks your crew through the tools. Longer setups, such as newsroom workflow mapping, are described in the quotation.
Can I change package later?
You can ask to move to a larger or smaller package at any point by contacting us. We issue a revised written quotation showing the new monthly price and any setup work involved. The change applies from the date both sides confirm it in writing.
