Preparing for a conversation with us

If you would like to meet at our Colchester address, contact us first so we can agree a time that suits both sides. Here is what helps us prepare for a useful discussion.

Your studios and equipment
Which studios do you run, and roughly how much equipment needs tracking? A list or spreadsheet you already use is a good starting point for us to review together.
Your shows and schedule
What formats do you produce, how often do they go out, and where do running orders or call sheets currently break down? Examples help us suggest the right package.
Who will use the platform
Which roles need access, such as floor managers, lighting, sound or the newsroom? Knowing the crew mix helps us plan the onboarding session and the quotation.
